Description

Angular contact ball bearings can withstand both radial and axial loads. They can work at higher speeds. The larger the contact angle, the higher the axial load carrying capacity. Contact angle for radial plane ball and raceway contact point line and bearing axis of the vertical line between the angle. High precision and high speed bearings usually take 15 degrees contact angle. Under the action of axial force, the contact angle will increase.

Angular contact ball bearings have raceways on both the inner and outer rings, and the inner and outer rings can be displaced relative to each other in the axial direction of the bearing. These bearings are particularly suitable for bearing compound loads, i.e. radial and axial loads at the same time. Characteristics

1、Universally assembled bearings

General-purpose mating bearings are specially machined so that when the bearings are mounted next to each other, any combination can achieve the established internal clearance or preload, as well as an even load distribution without the use of shims or similar devices.

Paired bearings are used in: when the load carrying capacity of a single bearing is insufficient (using the configuration of the tandem) or when to withstand the combined load or axial load in both directions (using back-to-back or face-to-face configuration).

2、Basic design bearings (can not be used as a general-purpose group), for the configuration of individual bearings

The basic design of single row angular contact ball bearings is mainly used in the configuration of only one bearing in each position. Its width and protruding amount of common class tolerance. It is therefore not suitable to mount two single row angular contact ball bearings close together.

Accuracy class

Angular contact ball bearing accuracy classes include dimensional tolerances and rotational accuracy. Accuracy from low to high is expressed as P0 (ordinary), P6 (P6X), P5, P4, P2. In addition, the European and American brands also use P3, P7, P9 to indicate the accuracy grade, P3 is equivalent to ISO and JIS standard P6 grade, P7 is equivalent to P4 grade, P9 is equivalent to P2 grade.
